How to Use Equity Release Calculator: Look up your current Age in the left hand
column, or in the case of a couple, the Age of the Youngest Applicant.
To the right of this age you will see the amount of equity you can release. This is shown as
a percentage of the value of your property. Please bear in mind that the calculator is based on a male applicant.
Females and couples could give a slightly different figure. Figures are correct as of 25th November 2009 and are
subject to change. This calculator takes into account Lifetime Mortgages only. The calculator does not include
health impaired products which can offer much higher sums due to certain health conditions. For these types of
equity release scheme, please contact us.
